Our philosophy

The law provides the framework. Strategy determines how it is used.

Every matter is different. Every client has different objectives. Every dispute carries different risks.

Accordingly, we do not believe in a standardised approach to litigation.

We assess each matter independently and develop a legal strategy based upon its facts, applicable law, evidence, risks and desired outcome.

  5. 05
    Represent

We provide focused representation before the appropriate court, tribunal, authority or dispute-resolution forum.

    Pursue

Where appropriate, the matter is pursued through subsequent legal remedies, negotiations, appeals, enforcement or other available mechanisms.

Our Professional Philosophy

Law Is Not Merely About Knowing the Rules.
It Is About Knowing How to Use Them.

At Singh Legal Chambers, we believe that advocacy requires more than knowledge of statutes and precedents.

It requires the ability to listen, analyse, anticipate, prepare and persuade.

A strong case may be lost through poor preparation.

A difficult case may succeed through careful strategy.

Our objective is therefore to approach every matter with clarity of thought, depth of preparation and determination in representation.

“We believe that every case deserves a strategy.”
